1. General

Tatva Retail is a lifestyle brand offering eco-conscious, spiritually inspired apparel and products. All users must agree to use the site and services ethically and lawfully.

2. Eligibility

There is no age restriction to browse or shop on our platform. However, our apparel is currently available in adult sizes only.

3. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product images and descriptions. However, slight variations in color/design may occur due to screen differences or lighting.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We accept prepaid payments via trusted gateways (UPI, cards, wallets).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

5. Shipping

  • We currently deliver PAN India.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–10 working days.
  • We use leading courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across regions.
  • Delivery timelines may vary during holidays or due to unforeseen events.

6. Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for orders due to change of mind, sizing errors, or preference-based issues.

Why? Because every return increases:

  • Average of 181g CO₂ per km in reverse logistics
  • Non-recyclable plastic waste, with a high chance of unsellable inventory ending up in landfills
  • Environmental pollution caused by ink waste, including Bisphenol A (BPA), heavy metals like Cadmium and Lead, and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)

This goes against our core values of conscious consumption, eco-responsibility, and minimal environmental impact.

However, in the rare case of Manufacturing Defects/Damage, your order will be eligible for a replacement or refund. To process your request, we need you to follow the steps given below:

  • Contact us via care@tatva.world within 48 hours of receiving the item
  • Provide clear proof including images or video showing the damage or defect, photo of the original packaging, and the purchase receipt/order confirmation
  • Ensure the item is unused and in original condition

Once verified, we will process a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you (NOTE: Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in automatic rejection of your request).

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse or interfere with our services or try to access them using a method other than the interface provided. This includes (but are not limited to):

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to hack, scrape, or damage the platform
  • Post or transmit harmful, hateful, or misleading content

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website including (but not limited to) logos, product designs, symbols, artworks, text, graphics, icons, and layout are the sole and exclusive property of Tatva Retail.

These elements are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws in India and internationally.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, publish, or use any part of our content or product visuals without prior written permission from Tatva Retail.

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property will be considered a legal violation and may result in appropriate legal action.

9. External Links

We may link to social platforms or third-party sites. We’re not responsible for their privacy practices, content, or experiences.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tatva Retail is not responsible for:

  • Losses due to delayed shipments, technical issues, or payment failures.
  • Misuse of our products by our customers.
  • Issues caused by incorrect shipping address, wrong size selection, or wrong contact details provided during checkout.
  • Unauthorised access to your account or stored data due to compromised credentials or weak passwords.

11. Modifications

Tatva Retail reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes implies agreement.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh..
